This semester, I had the pleasure of being in a Social Media for Public Relations class with Professor Marcia DiStaso. This class really gave me a greater insight into the world of social media, and how to utilize it in public relations. I highly recommend any Penn Staters to take this class!
This past week, our class held a social media boot camp for student organizations at Penn State to help them improve and enhance their social media presence. I chose to inform student organizations on how to utilize Instagram more, and how to reach their student audience.
