Best Brunch London: Farm Girl Cafe in Notting Hill

One of the places I visited on my recent trip to London was Portobello Road, where the world’s largest antique market is located and the houses are pastel. I had seen pictures on various blogs and Instagram of Portobello Road, and knew I had to add it on my list of places to visit. My friend who I was visiting and I hopped off of the Tube and began our journey.

More pastel beauties and antique shops, where I picked up some souvenirs for my family.

After a morning of strolling and shopping along Portobello Road, my friend and I were hungry and ready for brunch.

The universe answered our call as we came across Farm Girl Cafe, a quaint cafe serving up healthy and holistic meals, which was fitting since we were in desperate need of some veggies after the way were were eating this past week. This tucked-away cafe with outdoor seating was the perfect place for brunch.

As we relaxed and enjoyed the calming atmosphere of the cafe, we met and chatted with a fellow American blogger sitting next to us, who is now living in London. She explained how she ended up living in the UK, and we also shared some blogging tips. Meeting her was such a nice reminder why traveling is so amazing; you could be across the pond and still meet someone from home.

Our meals arrived, and I enjoyed a delicious lavender latte and avocado toast. Now, I like to consider myself an avocado toast connoisseur, and the avocado toast at Farm Girl, topped with lox, was excellent. As for the lavender latte, which was adorned with petals, it was amazing. Between the delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and wonderful conversation, I was so happy to have come across this gem of a restaurant. If you live in London or find yourself there, I highly recommend visiting Farm Girl Cafe!
