Dream Tea Destinations

Good morning friends! There is about a foot of snow on the ground where I live, and I’m not going anywhere this weekend. I’m currently cozied up enjoying a cup of tea, which had me thinking about some dream places I would love to have tea. So, I prowled around online for some dreamy pictures, and created my list of top tea destinations!

sketch London – There is a chance you’ve come across this famous, pretty-in-pink London wonderland on Instagram, and it’s my #1 place I’d love to visit for tea. And those pods in the bottom picture – that’s the sketch bathroom! Next chance I get to go to London, you will find me here.

Fortnum and Mason – If you’d prefer mint over pink, Fortnum and Mason is the place to be. There are several locations around London, but I would love to visit their Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon, as seen in the third picture. Quintessentially British!

It may be a certain Friday. But here at Fortnum's, Eau de Nil has always been the new black. #FortnumsChristmas

Tea and Sympathy – You can’t get closer to Britain in NYC than Tea and Sympathy. I briefly stopped here one day to pick up some Galaxy chocolate in their shop next door, without knowing they also did an afternoon tea. This Greenwich Village spot is perfect for anyone looking for a little bit of London in the US.

Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea at the Sanderson Hotel – This tea is whimsical and magical. Their website says, “discover menus hidden inside vintage books, teapots adorned with kings and queens, sandwich plates decorated with birdcages, carousels and ticking clocks upon which rest savoury, specialty sandwiches.” I can’t get enough of their photos, which will have to tide me over for the time being.
