How to Make Lush Mermaid Water

My Lush obsession continues with a Lush cocktail I’ve seen on social media called Mermaid Water. “Lush cocktail” gets its name from the combination of several Lush products, creating something beautiful, like Mermaid Water. I finally got around to creating this myself, and wanted to share with you how I did it today. Shout out to Casual Contrast for helpful tips! In order to create this dreamy, under-the-sea cocktail, you’ll need the Big Blue Bath Bomb and the Sunny Side Bubble Bar.

To create Mermaid Water: When the tub is filled up halfway, pop in the lavender-scented Big Blue, which is filled with pieces of seaweed and sea salt. When the water is still running, crumble up the Sunny Side Bubble Bar under the faucet. I love the citrusy, lemony scent of Sunny Side. I’ve seen a few people use half of their bubble bar, but I crumbled up the entire thing. The choice is yours! Swish around the water to mix it all together, and you’ll start seeing a glittery, green “waterland” appear. You’ll feel like you’re swimming in a lagoon.

I’ll be honest with you, between the gold lustre of the Sunny Side Bubble Bar and the seaweed in the Big Blue Bath Bomb, you’ll definitely have to do some tub clean-up. But this Lush cocktail will definitely elevate your bath game!

That’s a very pretty Lush cocktail – I’ve never tried big blue but it looks so pretty! My favourite has to be the magic wand that’s scented like cinnamon and clove at Christmas time!

Thank you for reminding me to pick that wand up, I’ve been dying to try it! <3
