The Sweetest Pop-Up Shop

Who doesn’t love an awesome foodie account on Instagram? Following an Insta feed full of drool-worthy food is one of life’s little pleasures (even though it may cause hunger). One of my favorite Insta-foodie accounts in Nutmeg and Honeybee. Not only does Meghan, the baker behind the beautiful baked goods, make insanely stunning macaroons, but she also has a YouTube channel full of baking tutorials. Maybe you’ve even her creations on the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account. So this past May, when I saw Meghan was having a pop-up shop at a local Anthropologie, I knew I had to stop by and see her creations in person.

I love that the pop-up shop was inside of an Anthropologie, where Philter Coffee was also serving up some delicious treats.

Complete with a Snapchat filter and beautifully designed packaging, the Nutmeg and Honeybee set-up was beyond fabulous.

Nutmeg and Honeybee’s cookies taste just as good as they look. I felt so guilty eating what is essentially a work of art, but there were so yummy (I wish I could remember all of the flavors of the macaroons though!). Meghan handmade every single cookie, and you could see her care for her craft in each goodie.

Too pretty to eat!

Here’s to hoping there will be another Nutmeg and Honeybee pop-up! Congrats on an awesome event Meghan and thank you for creating such wonderful treats xo
