Exploring Old Montréal & More

Hellooooo everyone! Before we get started, let me begin by apologizing for my lack of writing recently. I’ve been seriously slacking, but I’m making it my plan to change all of that during the remainder of July, so please do stick around! I just came back from a quick trip from Montréal, and I’ve put together an overview of it! If you’ve been to Montréal before, I’d love to hear what you think and what you did.

Where we stayed: At a cute Airbnb in Old Montréal. If you’re looking to book a Montréal getaway, I would definitely recommend staying in Old Montréal; it’s very charming and walkable, with so many cute shops and great restaurants. Not to mention being so close to the water.

The Montréal food scene is so AMAZING! Every meal we had was absolutely stellar (not to mention the exceptional coffee). Here’s where we ate:

And there you have it! The one thing I do wish that we did was a tour of some sort to learn more about the city’s history. For some more ideas on what to do in Old Montreal, click here and here. Merci beaucoup Montréal (and thank you for letting me test out the little conversational French I remember)! <3

Wow–great pictures. I haven’t been there in years but you made me want to go back and experience Montreal again. My grandmother was raised there, so it is a special place to me.
