Dream Decor at The Philadelphia Antiques and Art Show

Believe it or not,  I loved watching the Antiques Roadshow on PBS growing up (I think it was on before Zoom??). There was something about seeing and learning about beautiful treasures and trinkets that fascinated me (my parents can attest to this). So it’s safe to say that I throughly enjoyed the event I attended last week.

Held at The Navy Yard, the preview party of the Philadelphia Antiques and Arts Show featured exhibitors from all over the country displaying their stunning antique collections. There was a variety of styles and items, from furniture, decor pieces, to sculptures, jewelry and toys. There were also many historical pieces, while I absolutely loved. It was so much fun to walk around the showroom and admire the art and home furnishings and learn more about Philadelphia-based artists. Here’s a full list of the exhibitors; check out some of my photos below from the preview night!

There were also stunning pieces curated by the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which featured works by Philadelphian furniture makers and decorative artists.

The lovely Martha Stewart also made an appearance! She held a lecture on gardening along with a book signing the following day. You can read all about her experience on her blog here.

The show benefitted the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Penn Medicine, and was certainly a big success! It was such a lovely event; thank you to my good gal pal Paige and Devine + Partners for having Positive Publicity!
