New Philly Brunch Spot: Trattoria Carina

If an Italian brunch in a quaint cafe located close to Rittenhouse is what you were looking for, then WOW Philadelphia, you are in LUCK. Located on 22nd and Spruce, Trattoria Carina is a casual neighborhood restaurant, whose name means “Little Darling” in Italian. It’s a little slice of Europe on a cozy, Philly corner. This charming restaurant recently added brunch to their menu, which features items including Bucatini Carbonara with bacon and parmesan, and a classic Meatball Sandwich served on a crispy baguette with arugula pesto and stracciatella. A few Philly blogger friends and I checked out their new brunch menu this weekend, and we left very happy with very full bellies. <3

The restaurant seats 32, so I would recommend making reservations for a lazy Sunday brunch or a casual night out for dinner. Thank you for having us!
