Philly’s Christmas Village is officially back for the holiday season! Philadelphia’s LOVE Park (15th and JFK Boulevard) has been transformed to a stunning, traditional open-air German Christmas Market, which will run daily through Christmas Eve. This past week, we took a tour of the Village with Aversa PA and saw (and tasted) all the Village has to offer. If you’re traveling to Philly for the holidays, it’s a must place to visit.
From mulled wine to bratwurst (and of course the Raclette), there are many drink and food options. Not to mention the seemingly endless vendors, where you can complete your holiday gift shopping. One of the many highlights is a new addition to the Village – the giant, sparkling present in the middle of LOVE Park. Created by Philadelphia’s Park and Rec, all of the lights on the present can reach the Art Museum! Visitors of the present are also encourage to spread holiday cheer by texting a donation to one of three amazing charities.
You can spend a weekend afternoon feeling festive, sipping on some hot chocolate while admiring all that the Village has to offer. There’s still plenty of time to check out the Christmas Village this holiday season; there’s no better place to get into the holiday spirit!
Thank you Aversa PR!
