Ballet X’s Festival at The Mann Center

Philly’s own BalletX is gracing the TD Pavilion at the Mann once again for a two-night extravaganza of dance and live music! Witness the world debut of a new choreography by Natasha Adorlee, accompanied by the soulful sounds of Jac Ross. Then, experience the Philadelphia premiere of Takehiro Ueyama’s “Heroes” (2019), brought to life with the electrifying music of Kato Hideki. Rounding out the performances is the captivating return of Jamar Roberts’ “Eros & Psyche” (2023), featuring a Philip Glass score performed live by ensemble132.

Ensemble Arts in partnership with The Shubert Organization, Sadler’s Wells, and Universal Music UK, present Message In A Bottle, a new dance theatre production set to the music of legendary artist Sting.

Message In A Bottle paints a vivid picture – a peaceful village erupts into chaos as a sudden attack shatters its joyous celebrations. Amidst the turmoil, three siblings, Leto, Mati, and Tana, are tragically separated from their parents. Unwavering, they embark on a perilous odyssey, each venturing to new lands on their own extraordinary quests.

The soundtrack features reimagined versions of Sting’s greatest hits, including “Every Breath You Take,” “Roxanne,” and “Fields Of Gold.” Prepare to be dazzled by a fusion of gravity-defying lyrical hip-hop choreography and the power of the music, weaving together a poignant narrative of resilience and hope.


World’s Largest Pickle Party Coming to Philly this June
